Although the UCI Alumni Association earnestly attempts to keep the information on its website current and accurate, there may occasionally be typographical errors or inaccuracies that may render the information incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product descriptions, pricing and/or availability. Therefore, we reserve the right to:

• Correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at our discretion;
• Change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order);
• Refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If a credit card has been charged, a credit will be issued.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns, refunds, order cancellations, exchanges, or modifications allowed on regalia or membership purchases.

Product Availability. The ability to order an item online does not guarantee that the item will ship. The Alumni Association may cancel items from orders if those items are not in-stock or were found to be defective. You will only be charged for items that are shipped.

Our guarantee. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at alumni@uci.edu within 5 business days of order delivery so that we can rectify the situation. Any disputes with regard to delivery or product quality must be initiated within 5 business days of order delivery.
