Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy. The Alumni Association is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to higher than normal order volume, poor weather, carrier mishandling, or customer error. 

The UC Irvine Alumni Association is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Processing Times: If you selected to have your order shipped, we will not begin shipping until after our Spring Grad Expo event.

Shipping for orders will begin on or around May 1. We will work to ship all orders within 1-2 weeks, but please understand that we may experience some small delays. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Transit (Shipping) Times. Shipping times below do not include processing times.

Shipping Carrier. We use FedEx as our shipping carrier.

Domestic shipments within the contiguous United States. Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive once it has been shipped. This does not include processing time (the time needed to pull and pack your order) We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

*Please note, International Shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Orders. You will receive a separate shipment confirmation e-mail that includes your tracking number once your order is ready be shipped. 

On-site Order Pick-up

  • Orders placed for pickup during Spring Grad Expo will be available between April 22-25 at the Newkirk Alumni Center from 10 am to 6 pm.
  • If you placed an order for pickup after the conclusion of Grad Expo, the “Last Chance” pickup will take place June 6 at the Newkirk Alumni Center.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any orders not picked up will not be refunded.
